August 1st, 2009 on 4:05 pm
yeah i think the pool was pretty slow.
August 1st, 2009 on 4:29 pm
yeah dude, barely anyone dropped time and the time dropped was minimal. I dropped like .08 from divisionals in 13-14 Boys Fly.
August 1st, 2009 on 4:57 pm
Yeah everyone swam a lot slower!! I hope they don’t host it next year
August 1st, 2009 on 5:18 pm
i know what you mean. I added .03 in breastroke, and dropped .05 in IM

It was a slow pool but they were the only pool to step up and host the meet. They almost had to hold the meet indoors at George Mason because not one pool in the NVSL would host the meet. So they should be applauded for holding it even though it was slow.

And why wouldn’t GMU have been a better choice?
August 1st, 2009 on 6:53 pm
I agree it was slow. (Kind of) But GMU is indoors and I think the All Stars should be at an outdoor pool. Thats the whole point of summer swim!

Oh my gosh, I saw the best 50 Breast stroke race by Rachel Robertson. I wonder what her time was because the time bored was all weird.

I didnt think it was a slow pool! I droped two seconds in both my events! And if we swam at GMU everything would be more crowded. It was allready bad enough.
August 1st, 2009 on 9:29 pm
Yeah….my friend did really well 2…i guess it means u would have done even more well in a fast pool
August 1st, 2009 on 8:46 pm
good for you flyguy. I was just asking people’s opinions. I personally thought it was kind of slow. Especcially the outside lanes

August 2nd, 2009 on 2:22 pm
Why didn’t Little Rocky Run host this year? I thought it was a 2-year commitment and they hosted last year.
